1 - Regulatory Affairs and Quality

Regulatory Affairs and Quality Responsible will be in charge of the registrations of the products internationally as well as Quality control.

Job description
Regulatory Affairs
  • Support with product label and Brochure / Ad campaigns revising its technical content according to EU Feed law.
  • Direct communication with local authorities in Hamburg
  • Support to logistics department with necessary documentation for export
Registration
  • Preparation of registration files
  • File submission to international stakeholders
  • Follow up and closing of ongoing registrations worldwide
Quality Control
  • Quality Control of Samples
  • Laboratory relations for all kinds of necessary product testing’s
  • GMP – HACCP, Quality Control Management, documentation and revision
  • Preparation and planning of Internal Audits and FSSM meetings
  • Evaluation and follow-up of customer complaints internally and with external stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Excellent English knowledge is mandatory.
  • Fluent reading/writing skills in German. Another language is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Degree in Agricultural Engineering and/or Veterinary Medicine
  • Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs in Animal Health is neccessary
  • Positive mind-set, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently and have the capacity to produce high quality results across multiple projects while working under pressure of short deadlines.
  • Must be customer service-oriented and work well with varied personalities inside and outside of the corporation

2 - International Technical Sales - Animal Nutrition & Health

To support our clients based in more than 40 countries worldwide we need a Technical Sales colleague that will be in direct contact with customers giving them technical support while assuring that agreed sales targets are achieved.

Job description
  • International sales
  • Development of country and customer sales target and budget plans
  • Demonstrate expertise by using technical competency and relevant practical experience from the Animal Husbandry industry to support our clients worldwide.
  • Present XVET brand/concept/products in Seminars.
  • Product training.
  • Provide Technical Support to clients
  • Develop new products and market the existing ones
  • Participation in international trade fairs and congresses
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomist Zootechnican or Agricultural Engineer
  • Knowledge in Poultry / Swine / Ruminant husbandry industries - Stronger knowledge in Swine is a plus
  • Fluent in (writen and spoken) English is a must, other languages such as German are a Plus

  • Ability to demonstrate effective persuasiveness with customer

Additionally please note that
  • The position requires to be based in Hamburg, Germany
  • The ideal candidate must hold a valid working permit for Germany / EU
  • It must be willing to travel on a regular basis, mostly overseas

3 - Marketing Assistant - Design (Part-time)

To join our international team, we need a Marketing Assistant on a part-time basis that will be supporting mostly on design matters such as: brochures, labels, ads, visuals for exhibitions, promotional materials and others.

  • Support with product label design
  • Support to Marketing department in organizational and everyday tasks
  • Brochure design following our Corporate design ID guide lines
  • Ad campaigns visuals – Online and Print
  • Visuals for Exhibitions and Events
  • Promotional materials and office stationery
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator/ Indesign – Adobe programs
  • Photoshop is a Plus
  • Excellent English knowledge is mandatory
  • Able to multitask and happy to change routines
  • Stress resistant and able to prioritize
  • Good organizational skills and able to work independently
  • Flexible and attention to detail
  • Friendly and well-mannered person
  • Design Experience is a Plus
