International Technical Sales Department (Monogastric Animals)

To support our clients based in about 50 countries worldwide we need a Technical Sales colleague that will be in direct contact with customers giving them technical support (mainly on poultry farm business) while assuring that agreed sales targets are achieved.

Job description
  • International sales
  • Develop country and customer sales target and budget plans
  • Demonstrate expertise by using technical competency and relevant practical experience from the industry to support our clients worldwide.
  • Present XVET brand/concept/products in seminars.
  • Provide technical support to clients (mainly for poultry)
  • Develop new products and market the existing ones
  • Participation in international trade fairs and congresses
Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomist Zootechnican or Agricultural Engineer
  • Strong knowledge and experience in poultry industry required
  • Knowledge in other species and industries (swine / ruminant / Aqua / animal husbandry) is a plus
  • Fluent in (written and spoken) English is a must, other languages such as German are a plus

Export and Logistics Coordinator

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling export logistics, documentation, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely shipment of our products worldwide.

Job description
  • Managing all processes related to the timely shipment of XVET orders and goods.
  • Preparing and overseeing all documentation for transport and export activities.
  • Handling Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation.
  • Coordinating with clients and suppliers to prepare and place production orders, and organizing transportation and shipment logistics.
  • Communicating with local authorities and institutions (e.g., health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, banks, notaries, embassies, and export insurance providers like Euler Hermes) on business-related matters.
  • Entering customs-related data into the customs software system (current system: Atlas).
  • Collaborating with transportation providers, warehousing teams, and purchasing departments to implement cost-efficient freight models.
  • Working with internal support departments to align logistics with sales, order management, suppliers, and shipping.
  • Performing general export business tasks, including ERP data entry, file management, sample stock maintenance, courier organization, and coordination of lab test samples.
Required skills and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, export documentation, or international shipping.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, clients, and authorities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 or more) & English languages (additional languages are a plus).
  • Relevant education or training in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and handling export-related administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with L/C documentation and customs procedures (knowledge of Atlas software is a plus).
